Although a traditional
90-credit-hour Master of Divinity Program is normally completed in a 3
year time frame, due to the NTS self-paced course structure, it is
possible for an NTS online student to complete their Online Master of Divinity
Program in less than 2 years. It is even possible for a seminary student that has
completed compatible courses that may be transferrable to the program,

Many
90-credit-hour M.Div. Degree Programs at other schools allows
students to pursue 60 of those credit hours online and the other 30
through some sort of residency requirements. However, the Online Master
of Divinity Program at NTS is a 100% online program, not requiring a
change in the students daily routine or the need for travel. This makes
this seminary program at NTS a sought after alternative for those who may not
have the ability to travel or set specific times for attending a
traditional brick and mortal school, due to other responsibilities and commitments.
